1. Responsible for the overall planning and control of logistics department;

2. Establish the management system, processes, and implement;

3. Familiar with the product BOM, all kinds of material procurement cycles and company material preparation cycle; know well preparation cycle of any product before arranging production;

4. Follow up condition of material purchasing, guarantee whether material requirement plan is going smoothly. Material should be delivered within the prescribed time period, not premature delivery in case taking up the warehouse resources; Neither can delay in case affect plans.

5. To do a good job of scheduling materials and products of the company, ensure company production material supply is fluent, make the sending material application according to production plan and follow up the warehouse and do preparation work well.

6. Always monitor inventory status, understand warehouse status of actual inventory; supervise warehouse material are placed in accordance with relevant provisions.

7. Improve the material loss standards, examine and control production returned material;

8. Set safety stock according to sales, production conditions, incoming material condition, and ensure the company stocks in a safe state;

9. Non-performing and sluggish material coordination;

10. Audit warehouse’s preparation efficiency and inventory accuracy;

11. Audit procurement department for procurement work efficiency and quality;

12. Audit production yield rate and material attrition rate;

13. Sort out and finish unfinished & over due work order monthly;

14. Follow up business delivery note;

15. For exception handling, can turn to business, technology, warehouse, quality, procurement departments and boss.

16. Complete other tasks the superior delivery.

1. Technical secondary school or above degree;

2. 3 years or at least 2 years of related auto parts enterprises work experience or factory PMC working experience;

3. Understand ERP or participated in the logistics management training;

4. Skilled use of CAD, PR0 / E and other related software;

5. Obtained working experience of plastic molding process, cable series PMC is preferred;

6. C1 driver's license, operating electric forklift will be an advantage.

1. According to production needs to complete equipment maintenance in time;

2. Equipment maintenance regularly;

3. Complete the equipment maintenance record in order to have an evidence to check;

4. Apply for equipment maintenance required parts.

1. Graduate above Technical Secondary School, major of machinery or casting or related major;

2. 3 years or above working experience in auto parts industry technical maintenance;

3. Good Microsoft Office knowledge;

4. understand the use of CAD, PR0 / E and other related software;

5. Work experience of plastic molding process and cable line series technical maintenance is preferred.

3. Know basic financial knowledge;

4. Get Certificate of Accounting Profession;

5. Clerical work experience more than two years;

1. Prepare and maintain company’s ledger and detailed account. Accurately recording business transaction in time;

2. Report to the company management about the internal finance management and production operation statistics;

3. Do the cost accounting, deal with the wrong account, manage the fixed assets;

4. Submitted the statement to the relevant government agencies, pay various taxes and fees on behalf company;

5. Review and input all kinds of accounting vouchers, assist the accounting supervisor for budget control;

6. Deal with reimbursement, annual inspection and coordinate with the industry and commercial tax authorities;

7. Assist supervisor to establish connection with the government, finance and other departments.

1. College degree or above, major in finance or accounting. Hold accountant card;

2. CPA holder is preferred preferentially;

3. Familiar with accounting reports, accounting policies, tax policies and use financial skillfully;

4. Good learning ability, ability to work independently and financial analysis skills;

5. Work carefully, full of responsibility and team spirit, good communication skills.

1. Skilled to choose and use the appropriate measurement method and the corresponding test equipment;

2. Responsible for the process of mechanical manufacturing quality analysis and control;

3. To formulate and implement relevant quality inspection instructions;

4. Direct inspector’s inspection according to related regulations;

5. Establish and maintain good working relationship with production, purchase and other relevant departments;

6. Impel TS16949 system;

7. Communicate with customers to deal with quality problems.

1. Auto parts industry quality management experience. High school degree or above;

2. 3 years working experience in quality related;

3. Familiar with TS16949 quality management system; Understand the TS16949 quality system operating way in the enterprise; Knowledge of product process flow; Familiar with the use of quality management tools and methods, such as 6 sigma, etc.; Familiar with office software;

4. Serious and responsible work, careful meticulous, has strong ability of analysis and problem solving; Good team cooperation spirit;

5. People wish a Japanese-owned enterprises work experience is preferred preferentially;

6. College degree or above, age below 45.
